Pre-Populated Job Listings

Job listing data is automatically populated from your positions database (controlled by your HR Administrators), but someone posting a new requisition can make changes if necessary.

Optional Integrated Assessments

If pre-employment assessment tests are required for the position, they can be selected from a drop-down list or permanently associated with a particular position.

Under-Qualified Applicants Need Not Apply

Qualification questions can be added to each individual job listing, and the "correct" answers can be required. Applicants will be presented with these questions before they reach the job application, so individuals who do not meet minimum qualifications can be screened out at the front door (hence, never actually becoming applicants for your position).

This valuable feature eliminates "junk" applications, saves your staff time and preserves the integrity of your statistics.
